Thanks Rich. I haven't checked if the bunks are treated or not but check all the other boxes in your post. Probably add more bunks and get rid of the rollers. I'll be launching this without a ramp most of the time anyway.

45lb minn kota. Has a battery light and a 18ft cord for the control but isn't quite big enough for the 1648. The foot control isn't as nice as one of the pedal styles and it's a pita to pull back up onto the boat tbh. If I did it over I buy a bigger, nicer one with the pull string and the pedal...

I wouldn't worry about imperfections. Even the brand new bass trackers in front of bass pro have them.

Only way to find out is to call your local dealer. Where I work if the vehicle is too old we can't get the codes from the manufacturer but a local locksmith is able to somehow. I send people to him when I can't get it. Not sure of the differences between automotive and boats though. Some locks...

Checked out the 195 at bass pro a couple weeks ago and they are fantastic looking. Tons of casting room front and back. What I liked the most was the rod storage up front. It can fit 12 8' rods. Very impressive vessel.

Great advice Rich. Killed a crappie I didn't intend to keep a couple weeks ago for that very reason. Greedy sucker just swallowed it down but this would have helped. I'll use it in the future:)
