    New boat, need pods?

OK, just took delivery of a new 2056 Weldbilt tunnel hull. It has a Tohatsu 50 on it and does 29 mph. They mounted the battery in the stern, and when I took it out I had the 6 gallon tank in the stern too. Problem is it rides a bit lower in the rear than than I would like in spite of the light...

    Alumacraft 18 x 52 riveted hull, 1986

I just looked at a 1986 riveted jon, 18 feet long and about 50-52 inches wide on the bottom. Where can I find out about this boat model? How good of a rep do old Alumacraft's have? Is this a boat to avoid? Also it had a 1992 Johnson 40 horse on it with power trim and tilt. The boat looked OK...

Don't know nothing about jet outboards

OK, need to get a boat to both use on the Suwannee River and various other rivers and swamps in Florida, both for pleasure, fishing, and gator hunting. 1. Can you use a jet outboard on a flat bottom jon? Any issues or problems with doing so? 2. I gator hunted the Kissimmee River last year and...
