Have a older Lowe Rover 15.5' that has a bad transom board. The problem is the float seats are up against the transom. Anyone have an idea how to replace this board without destroying the back of the boat?

You are correct about my shaft number is 329257.But I have counted the splines again and keep coming up with 19 on the lower unit end and 14 on the power head end.But I now have a part number to start hunting for.
