Anyone replace transom on a Lowe 15.5' with back seats up against the transom?

Have a older Lowe Rover 15.5' that has a bad transom board. The problem is the float seats are up against the transom. Anyone have an idea how to replace this board without destroying the back of the boat?

Drill out the rivets and remove what is in the way, replace the wood and replace the drilled out rivets

I Hope that it's really that easy? Thanks for the info. When the outside temps get warmer, plan on the rebuilded.

I didnt say it would be easy, but it is doable. Gonna be time consuming, pics might help in case you ask questions, if we can we will be glad to help
