Sounds like a blown head gasket to me.Might wanna take the head off and check it.Take the head to a machine shop to see if it is warped.

If it helps any the hull ID # starts with STRF108171 the boat measures 13ft 8 inches long.What do you think is the horse power rating for this boat?When I registered it it came back as a 1971 model but no hull ID was put on the card.
