    Springs

Hello all, So my leaf springs are done, I have a 2006 Long trailer made in NC. The Co went out of business and I cannot find the same spring. After some research I found that they made there own springs custom for their trailers. I have a 16' Grizzly with a 25hp motor, I'm guessing my total...

    Stuck prop

Been watching many vids on how to straiten a shaft with a hydraulic jack, looks easy. The motor runs great and has low hours. Have nothing to lose as the boat, motor and trailer was free.

    Stuck prop

Thanks for the reply, I don't believe there is any taper on the shaft. I believe it is a Mercury 13 spline prop as Mercury was building Force motors in the 90s Not sure heat will do it with the rubber insert. The prop is in fair shape but the shaft is bent, I may just go with it for now and...

    Stuck prop

Have a 1992 70 HP Force that has been sitting 15 years. It was a free boat and it runs great. The prop shaft has a slight wobble and was trying to remove prop so I can straighten shaft and identify prop pitch. Man it's stuck bad. I tried to make a puller with a pitman arm puller and some chain...

    Prop ?

It was a free boat, I took it for the trailer. It has been sitting for 15 years though it fired right up and runs great. Yes not the best outboard but many folks have had good luck with them.

Got a free boat,17' Capri on a galvanized trailer with a 70 Force outboard. Took carb off and cleaned, that it didn't need, hooked it up to a fresh gas can and it started right up. The boat has been sitting for 15 years and it runs great and pumps water. Anyone here have a 70HP Force ? Are...

    Flotation foam 2005 1648 Grizzly

Sorry for the late reply, I see a lot of folks use the blue Styrofoam board from Home depot or Lowe's. I used plastic water bottles in the front of my Grizzly.

    Flotation foam 2005 1648 Grizzly

Removed waterlogged foam from rear bench and installed hatch. Got well over 100lbs of it out, was able to leave the foam on top and remove the 4" of waterlogged foam from bottom. will fill back in with the blue foam from HD and put under floor to make up for storage space in bench.

    Tracker Grizzly 1648 Build

What was your trick to get the foam out of them little holes you put in your bench? I cut a 6.5" hole and what a pain getting the foam out. I got about 30lbs out of left front and not done yet.
