Unfortunately coleman no longer has replacements, as I have been through the ringer but got in contact with many people at the Coleman company. All orignial style crawdad parts were sold off. I ended finding a cheap crawdad with holes in it to use for parts for one of my crawdads.

I've removed it in past boats, but you'll surprised how much freeboard you'll lose. In past crawdads I have removed the stock foam blocks and the waterline almost came over the boat. I actually just sold mine to buddy yesterday for $450. I couldn't resist because I was scraping up the plastic bottom too much on some shallow boat launches. Now I'll be getting at real tin jon boat. the bottom on mine was 32".
