Accomplished a little this weekend. Had to redesign rear hatch to compensate for trolling motor. All carpet complete. Hinges and hatches installed. Ran wiring for trolling motor and installed quick disconnect plug. Installed cup holder, fuse block, front nav light. Installed seat and swivel. Finished sealing and painted switch box.

Almost there. All that's left is two buy batteries and an outboard.

That looks great! There are days I wouldn't mind a glass boat, that weight cuts chop a lot easier.

Put the boat in the water last Sunday, first time since the conversion. I went to Lake Acworth, it rained as soon as I put it in the water. Didn't catch anything, mostly cruised around ops checking everything. I guess I did ok, everything worked and she didn't sink!

Well, the boat worked well all summer long. Didn't catch any record breakers, but had alot of fun fishing the electric only lakes. I have sold the boat and moved from Georgia to San Antonio, Texas. I will be looking for another boat to build. This time it will be a 16-18 ft aluminum boat. My wife insists that we find a house before I look for a boat. I guess we'll do it her way.

Nice job on the Seacruiser, a man needs a hobby to keep him sane and out of trouble, don't let the hunt get postponed for too long. Really nice work on the wood supports.
