Do 1980 thru 1989 20-35 hp motors have any parts that will interchange? It looks like the cranks have the same pn but I’m wondering about other bits. Wiring, fuel pumps, lines, tiller handles , lower units, recoil starts, etc? Thanks, Hank

Almost all powerhead and wiring can be changed over. Differences will be electric start,etc.
Mechanically most parts will change as well. Carbs, intakes will be different, etc.
Thru-hub exhaust stuff will not change over to non. Props between the two will not change.
