Cherokee Lake, TN 122908

Went to Cherokee Lake for the first time since March. Had a Great day!! Fished from about 945-400. Water temps ranged from 47-49. Threw the box at them, but caught fish on Cranks and Jigs. Ended up with 20 or so, all LMs. 4 Keepers. 1 measured a little past 20 inches.

47-49, man that sounds balmy. I'll have to wait for late winter for temps like that.

A 20 fish day is nice, with a lunker mixed in is even better. Very nice.

I think I just got lucky and found them at feeding time...... I told them Id be back to take em for a boat ride if I fish the New Years tourny up there!!
