Well here she is! Putting this together to keep me, my girls and my dog on the water after we sold the old boat.
Picked her up pretty bone stock and immediatly cut out the center seat:

and added a ply wood floor and upper cast deck out of some mahogony my buddy had after ripping out a old deck:

Still have allot of work I want to-do but most of it will have to wait until I get a few more HP's as I dont want to add to much weight before I get a bigger engine (currenty have a 15hp evinrude)
I have more of the mahogany left and would like to deck out the rear of the boat as well as some cosmetic thing, paint and what not..
I did add some custom seating:

Bean bag chairs! had these left over from the old boat and work out great when my daughters tag along
