What kind of lube do you guys use for your reels?

I use shimano oil and grease I purchased off of ebay.

I have hot sauce too which I like, but I always seem to have the cans with me wherever I go.

I use White Lithium Grease in both spray and a tub.

CRC for the out side of the reel stuff
