[QUOTE="jdd1980, post: 409928, member: 19003"] Thanks Hanr3. I did watch your youtube videos and followed your build thread. Your build was one of the only backtrollers I found being rebuilt. Your boat turned out great by the way. In hind sight I should have just left the foam and saved myself some money but I was glad to get the years of slime and dirt up out of the boat. I liked the added rod storage in the floor but I took out a piece of foam in the bow storage area to place my batteries, so I opted to fill that area with flotation. It may have not been needed but with some occasional trips to ontario and erie it was worth having a little extra peace of mind. I got back my tank area panel from the Amish guy that sewed it up, turned out great and only cost me $10. Aside from cleaning up the mess and mounting some hardware the boat is about done. My led trailer lights arrive tomm and I should be ready for the water. Ill try and post up some pics tonite after I get everything cleaned up and mounted. End of next week is supposed to get warmer here again and if the wind is going the right direction hopefully I can get to Lake Ontario for some shoreline browns.
