Wiring Question

[Trouble]

I'm getting ready to wire my boat and I need your opinion. I have two batteries, I will be running a 12volt 44 pound trolling motor, 2 fish finders, bilge pump and navigation lights. My first thought is to run both batteries to a selector switch and run everything off of one battery at a time, or run the trolling motor off of one battery and everything else off of the second battery? Any thoughts?

I only have one battery but if I had 2 one would be a starting motor and run most accessories and the other for the TM.
