Okay, so this is a quick glance at what my boat looked like Winter 2011 and what it came out of my garage looking like for Summer 2012. Here are some quick links to photos. Now (June 2013) I will begin electrical... This site made this possible... Thanks everyone for the inspiration!

This is my buddy and I on Seneca Lake in Upstate NY. This boat was WAY too small to even consider bringing on this trip. One minute still waters, the next, 3 foot waves.

Id use wood and this pile of aluminum that I swiped from a neighbor that tore down his old pool deck. Should keep the weight down a bit.

Awesome job, I want to do something similar to my smoker craft too, what is the thrust on your trolling motor and how does it do? Where did you get your top? Did you ever post anymore pictures?
