I have a 2006 Mercury 25HP with a factory camouflage paint job. The plastic air intake got broken beyond repair. I ordered a replacement but it only comes in black. Any ideas on how to paint the new part so it matches the rest of the motor within reason?

If it was factory painted camo, they should offer it in a factory painted camo as a replacement part. It may not perfectly match the original but it'll be close...

makes no sense why they wouldn't offer it to match if it's a factory deal. But that was my experience with Merc/Mariner. Certain things they do make no sense whatsoever.
