Has anyone used Azek Sheets for flooring projects?

I meant saving weight by going with 3/8" Azek and using more 1.5" angle aluminum bracing vs 1/2" or even 3/4" Azek and less bracing...

The Nyalox wheel is definitely an upgrade over what I had. It does remove the paint without really scratching up the aluminum too much...
