oh and yes that a snapping turtle in the livewell. it is 35lbs.

yeah the front seat is kinda close but its easy for me to get in and out because im so slender. Its comfortable tho i can prop my feet up on the front too. and my livewell is right behind me so i couldnt move the seat back anymore.

no i didnt seal the wood. lol didnt think of that. i just put it together with what i had around the garage.

please give me any tips that i could of done or not done.

yeah i did see that one. it looks just like mine but the switch is on top instead of the side. im guessing mine is from the 50's

my boat didnt come with a drain hole. is it possible to drill a hold and make one or should i get a pump? and has anyone of heard of using stuff like rhino lining for the bottom of boats?

yes i was thinking of using a cooler then put a pump in it so i can cirulate the water and add air. my middle seat is very narrow. i thought about putting a deck maybe across the front two seats then and have a hole cut out for a cooler to go down in and that way i can take it out too. thanks...
