We have never tried it but I found a website from a guy down in LA that shows you how to clean them and cook them. He sayes they are very good to eat, so if they do turn out to be good I will let everyone know.

Today was the first time I have ever fished the Pocomoke river. It was a most enjoyable ride and the fishing wasn't to bad ether. I caught my first gar on hook&line :D I also caught my first chain pickerel. I was only 5 crappie short of my limit and a couple of other fish too.
