Well here it is. It's Definatly nothing close to a great mod but i have been watching and learning and this is the best options i could come up with for my little boat. I have it mostly done already but i am going to load some pics on here for you guys to comment on. All comments are welcome, i dont mind i would love to learn of a better way to do things. So here it is have at it. It is a 1974 Lund 12 ft Skipper.

Look good so far. Keeping simple is always a good option. It's always easier to add/modify later when you haven't already put a bunch of other stuff in the way.

what are the yellow straps on the sides used for?
Heavy duty on the seats. Good job. I'd be a little concerned about the front. Those 2 x 4's look like they might put stress on your hull. I'd scratch the bracing, except for your storage, and connect the deck to the front somehow. You cat run supports vertically from the rib you have available, if you need it.
