Ok. But what is it?

a shakey head is a stand up jig head that you use with finese or trick type worms when i goes out and sinks the worm floats straight up and you shake your rod slightly and the worm dances most of the time they hit it on the fall or before you move it twice do a goggle search on it they are some utube videos on it
