25xd lower unit help

I have a 1985 Mercury 25xd that the impellar went out in today. (Which made for a mad 2 1/2 year old who wanted to go for a boat ride.) Where is the best place to buy parts for it and what else should I take a look at while I have the lower unit off?

I have a 1984 25xd and I just replaced the impeller last week. I bought the impeller at Gladish Marine in Paragould, AR. There's not much else to look for down there as long as the water pump works. The gear oil is also supposed to be changed yearly.

Check and change the gear oil. If its milky replace the prop shaft seal

i just bought a jon with the 25xd. What prop does it use? The current prop looks river busted up.
