bought this boat about a month ago. been busy with the clean up. i paid too much, but hey, thats what happens out west. paid 1400 and it came with a 87 mariner 15 hp (yamaha actually) that runs very good.
po had done a really crappy paint job, i used some restore on the deck and transom, and porch paint on the insides. still dont know what i will do on the outside. maybe paint it with rustoleum, roll and tip. or see how much it will be to media blast the hull so i can polish it out.
trailer needed the usual, lights, winch, bow stop, new bunks, beraings and seals. i recentered the boat so the hull is off the bow roller.
finally had enough dough to buy a bimini top! cool thing is it will fit my other two boats.
as for motor, hard decision. i have 4hp, 6hp, (3) 10 hp, 15 hp, and a 20 hp.
