Went out yesterday about 4pm to the launch and noticed there was the "summer time" local wednesday evening Bass tornament. Seems the guys only do it in the summer for a few months. Open to anyone that shows up and $6 will get you in for a chance at 1st 2nd and Big Bass places. Looks like there were bout 10 boats registered (I wasn't in but maybe next time). The guys fished from 5pm till 8:30pm. 1st place weighed in a little over 9lbs. for 5 fish. Just about everyone said the 3 hours of fishing was tough. I only caught 1 Bass about 1.5 lbs. after 3 hours of fishing :roll: but hey, I got out of the house =D> and had fun!
Actually a good spot with plenty of grass as the week before I had 7 keepers in 30 mins but it was overcast that day
