Carpet on aluminum deck?

What adhesive is best for putting carpet on an aluminum deck?

3M spray can contact adhesive. scuff the aluminum slightly then clean the aluminum well using acetone or lacquer thinner.

I just did mine with a can of DAP Weldwood contact cement and a cheap throw away bristle paint brush. Coat both carpet and deck let dry 15 minutes. Press down and roll with 2 inch paint roller. Worked great. But now i can't fry bacon & burgers on the deck anymore! Ha Ha.
