I had a craving for dinner beef ribs and pork belly burnt ends, so I went to town.
I did the ribs and burnt ends at 275°. Everything came out awesome!
I tried a new sauce for the burnt ends…..meat mitch whomp. It was an excellent tasting Sauce. I recommend it.
