how could i lay the flooring on the front midd deck? becuz that is an angle.

Dont know how much angle you got. My thought would be to let the ply rest on the highest rib and make 2by spacers to raise the low side to match the high side.

I used 1x2 spacers in between the ribs for more stiffness but the floor still sits on the ribs also.

ya i was gonna do that. but with 2x4s.
