Force not starting

I have a 1996 force 15 hp that wont start. I ran it several times two weeks ago and it would start right up, on first or second pull. I've had it sense the summer and it has always started up. It's not flooded, I have spark, and have tried starter fluid (reluctantly). I don't know what's wrong with it. It has not been cold (mid 60's to 80's). Any help would be greatly appreciated. k

starting fluid did nothing? How old is the fuel line, and is it dry rotted at all?

Does it have a kill switch, wd40 works better than starting fluid in a 2 stroke as well..

I've had some luck with pulling the plugs and either cleaning or re-gapping...or just replacing them. Get the right gap of course. If it doesn't even cough...then i agree with looking into the kill switch. rich

I accidentally switched the spark plug caps when changing the plugs last week.
Stupid mistake. She runs flawlessly now.
