Georgia Homemade Jon Boat

New to the Tinboat Club
I was hoping to get some help and suggestions on my Jon Boat
Boat is 2004 Georgia Homemade Boat and from what I found out they are no longer in business
Would like to install casting deck and a few hatches and rod storage .
I'm going to post some pictures for all to see and offer any advice
Bottom of Boat has been redone already
