have the gasket, have the motor, my manual is being shipped in from far away. Whats the process? Just place on head and bolt on.... no sealer, nothing?
need some help please. if you can be detailed it'd be very helpful
thanks

no sealer, just make sure each surface is clean and flat, no old gasket left. there is a torque sequence of the head bolts usually in a circle, spiral type pattern on the older jonnyrudes starting in the middle and going clockwise from middle head bolts towards the outters. torque of the head bolts should be in the range of 90-110 in/lbs. not ft/lbs. would be a good idea to wait for the manual and make sure of the process and specs though.
