Horn/nav lights all in one

I was looking at navigation lights on walmarts website and came across a this bow light/horn combo. Seems like a good way to kill two birds with one stone, but I can't find any details on how they wire up or anything about it. I was hoping someone has seen or used one.

I am guessing that it is a 3 pin base and the 3rd pin has to be wired to a horn button.
