I have a 56 Alumacraft Open C(15 footer), and A '62 Evinrude 28hp Speeditwin. Figuring in my weight and all my gear is around 400lbs. How fast can I realistically expect it to go?

Would a 15MPH tail wind make his numbers possible? Could be an explanation.
