So, i have been browsing around on the forum about peoples painting jobs, and i didnt really come up with anyting. Yesterday I started stripping her, got the bottom done, this coming weekend, I'll finish stripping with the sides and a little bit of the top - and im dreading it because its not fun work at all.
Any way, im new at this, havent painted anything like it before. Should i use a different product of the bottom of my boat than what i paint it everywhere else? I have read about a couple people using steelflex. Is this a good product? Is it just for the bottom of the boat?
And the big question i have: I want to paint my boat like other bass boats - sparkly paint. I was aiming for a dark cahrcoal grey with orange sparkles. How can i accomplish this? I read a little about innate.com, how would i use those sparkles?
Any advice would help a ton!
Thanks,
Evan
