Live well pump supply hose replacement

I have a 1991 smokercraft Pro Mag, that has developed a leak in the water supply hose that goes from the livewell pump in the transom to the livewell in the front of the boat. I was interested to find out if anyone else has had a similar issue, and how they were able to fix it. I was hoping to find a way of doing it with out tearing out the entire floor that I just replaced a few years ago.
Was even thinking of possibly replumbing it, and going above the floor with a piece of PVC???

Any thoughts.
