I started off with a bad transom and faded paint ! Pics are before and after paint and new transom . Gonna start on a deck for the back and middle next .More pics to come if you guys have any ideas please let me know.

Awesome paint - I assume you are going to hunt out of the boat also.
Nice job on the transom, but WOW that seat is high.

On my boat I mounted my swivel right on the seat top using a slide so I can adjust it side-to-side.
My center seat is mounted on the same length pedestal as you are using, but it is bolted to a plate I had welded to the ribs on the floor.

The seats are adjustable . I just got half way done with the conversion this past weekend so far so good . I haven't decided what to do next any ideas ?
