Need help with registration sticker

My NC registration sticker keeps falling off because of the abrasive texture of my hull.

Anyone else ran into this problem? What sort of adhesive would you use to make it stick?

Rather than put more adhesive on it, I would just mask off the area for the tag and wet sand with some 400 to 600 grit and make it smooth. Don't know if this will work in your situation, but may be worth a try.
