Just wanted to make sure I get the order of things right.. Do I need the fuse to be before the switch or does it matter??

As close to the the power source (battery) is best. If for some reason you "short" the wire in-between the fuse and batter the wire could cause a fire. If there is a fuse between the short and batter then the fuse would blow and no electrical fire.

So since Im plannin on usin a pos bus bar.. that confuses me.. Can i just connect one wire from the bus bar to the fuse to the battery?? or does that not work..

just go Battery --> Fuse --> bus bar. One wire will work, just make it a larger gauge than the rest of the wires you are using coming off the bus bar... that way you will have enough power to go to all the accessories if you turn them all on at the same time

I have one higher amp fuse in the battery box then I have a fuse for each switch.
