I've been checking the site out for a while and I wanna start my own project. Not sure what I am going to do yet so I'm looking for some ideas. The boat is in pretty decent shape so dents but pretty clean overall. The only downside is that is about 40 years old (last registered in 73). I've only had it in the water once and we popped a few rivets just stepping into it. I'm afraid I may have to replace them all and have no idea how to accomplish that. I've heard people say you have to use aircraft rivets and an air gun. Others have said you can use closed end pop rivets, any help in that department would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some before picks let me know what you guys think. I wanna put some sort of deck in the front but not sure what I can get away with in a smaller boat.

looks like a good blank canvas to get started with..
i have a 12 ft jon that i just decked and carpetted...
but lucky for me, no issues with rivet holes in my boat (till I get her out on the water

I checked out a bunch of different boats on this site that were very helpful...
particularly Froggys 12 ft jon and Bufords' boat

what kind of motor do you have?? any??
Im thinking about putting oars and oar locks on mine just in case..
or maybe a push pole since most places i fish are 6ft or less..
