Rusty bolts

What kind of penetrating oil do you guys use on these rusty old outboard bolts?I have a trim position pin broken off and froze and a thermostat bolt stuck on an old 25 Johnson.I have some PB Blaster and Kroll oil either one of those work?Anything better out there? Thanks

Kroil is my number one ,,,boilermaker/welder by trade, we have quite a variety of choices at our disposition on job sites...when we really want to loosen something up that's what we use....
