Thanks guys.

btw has anyone used one of these aerators before? https://www.basspro.com/Fish-Saver-Portable-Aerator/product/1283/82601 I'm trying to find out what size fuse to use, but can't seem to find a straight answer about it.

That aerator is design to connect straight to the battery, unless you are going to hard wire it you should be fine without a fuse. If you do hard wire it I would use a 15 or 20 amp inline fuse.

Yea, I'm taking those huge brass clips off of it and going to have it wired to a fuse block and a switch, so I wanted to be safe and add a fuse to it.

still gathering everything I need, just waiting on the switch panel and then need to fabricate the switch console/battery compartment, I'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with the volt gauge, that looks kinda like a speedometer, specifically how they are installed, I'd like to put on in the console that I'll be making, so I can see what level the battery is at, or use it for my trolling motor battery.

kinda like this one https://www.amazon.com/Teleflex-Vector-Gauges-Voltmeter-System/dp/B0030HOBRS/ref=sr_1_4?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1329353490&sr=1-4

I'm looking at buying the ever start MAXX marine group 29 battery from wal mart, does anyone have any experience with these in regards to whether or not they are maintenance free as it does not say on the battery but in the warranty description it says opening the caps on the battery will void the warranty, which I'm pretty sure you need to open to check the water level if it requires maintenance.
