Styrofoam replacement ?

Getting a lot done on this boat and I am looking for recommendations.

I can get those pink panels from Home Depot, but that would be a lot of panels to cut up.

The old foam cannot be saved. I believe I read on here I could use the panels first(cover the rivets and grooves) and then put expanding foam above the panels.

Anyway, if you have any recommendations please let me know or a place to buy replacement styrofoam.

HD should carry those pink panels in several widths, including 2". I went with the 3/4" blue foam from Lowes and I cut panels to fit inside of my benches. I think I used 2 whole panels to fill with and have some extra to throw in when I add my decking. It was easy to work with and really didn't cost very much. The 2 part foams are awesome though.
