Daughter was running the video, it's not the greatest by any means.

Took several runs to get the trim close. It hit low 21 several times and was consistently running mid/upper 20's with rpms between 3800-4000. The trim isn't where it should be because it's porpoising when I get close to optimum trim for the motor. I will be cutting the trim tab on the back and bending it down a 1/16" at a time until I can get to the correct trim. The trim tab runs the full width of the boat, so after talking to a couple of people, motor builder and the boat builder, we have agreed that I should cut the trim tab on 6" centers and bend the two outer down and run it. They seem to be in agreement it may only take the one adjustment.

We'll see Sunday after the storms roll thru tomorrow and Sunday morning.
