Used outboard parts?

Just wondering if there was somewhere to order used parts for my 1989 9.9 Mercury. The lower cowling on my motor has been broken since I bought it. The whole back of the cowling is gone where the latch should be so my hood just sits there and the whole thing vibrates unless I jam some cardboard in it. For all the stuff I need in new parts its gonna be about $250 CDN. I'm hopin to find a dead motor with a good cowling so I can get a good deal.

Here's a pic of my motor with the broken cowling. That green spot by the mixture knob is a folded up fishing line box I shoved in there to stop the rattling.
