Well it happened...

Ever since I learned how to fish 5 years ago I have been waiting for this day. My 4 year old son out fished me using plastics. And mind you the same plastics I was using. He caught 4 LM Bass on a Sweet Beaver and Shakey Head and 5 bluegills on a french fry worm weightless. And foul hooked a carp that snapped his 4 lb line in about 3 seconds.

He would have had more bass but I rigged the hook pretty deep in the plastic so he would not hook me or him. Here is a cell phone pic of the bluegill, the bass pics are on the camera waiting to be uploaded.

PS I caught 2 LM :lol:

I also have the same fear of the little ones getting hook when they cast, I don't know what to do
to make it safer, so far I am just taking the risk.
