Thanks for trying - much appreciated . I just have a Jon boat so I'm not too worried about getting one. But have heard they work well for finding cliffs and under water structures. Better to have one than not - I think.....

they are great i use mine to find crappie beds and drop offs id b lost with out it you can get a basic one at basspro for 70 to 100 and there not hard to install
