My brackets are welded from 1/4 inch stainless steel flat stock, and the pole holder portion is made from 1 inch ss conduit lined with 3/4 inch pvc pipe with couplings on the ends. the bow mount is about the same but the bent pipe is a piece of 1 inch ss pipe.

Thanks. Great looking rig. I've got the pole already just wasn't sure how I was gonna use it. I like how yours looks.
