Thanks! :) The edges of the lid rest on the 2x4's. It's super solid, I stood on it and was surprised... I used a latch spring that I picked up for like 9 bux at a local marine shop. Works great because it holds it open solid and you just touch it to close it .

Sorta done! I still have to install the seats. :mrgreen:

k Thanks guys! I think I'm gonna have them open towards the edge of the boat.

I'm putting storage doors on my deck soon. I was wondering what is the most logical way for them to open? To the outside edges of the boat... towards the bow of the boat...towards the engine. :?: .Help me out! :mrgreen:

This is a work in progress! :shock: Still have to put the 2x4's in between the other 2x4's. Probably will have it finished on Friday! :) Then put the plywood on. Anything you guys think I should change?

Guys I ran into a bump. Is pressure treated 1/2 inch plywood okay? Or stick with the regular? :?:

Alright guys. Decision making time. Should I do the half deck from the front bench to halfway in between the middle bench as a casting deck? Or should I just build a deck from the front bench to the middle bench and put a swivel seat on it. I'm starting tomorrow! :mrgreen: Thanks guys. 8)
