    Thanks Pweisbrod I have installed the aluminum angle (2x2x1/4) for the seat mounts and dropped them into position for the photo's I have attached the casting deck add ons to the gunnels using 2x1/4 flat bar inside the gunnels and stainless steel 3/8 boltts Ive striped the gunnels of paint now...

    The problem with aluminum pop rivets is the little piece of metal that breaks of inside the rivet head will cause corrosion Stainless steel rivets would probably be a better selection or solid aluminum peen rivets
