I seen in the March issue of Field and Stream that you can take 2 copper rods, place them in the ground about 3 feet apart and hook to a car battery using jumper cables. This is suppose to bring up the worms. Is this something that is worth trying?

I had gotten this reel with a bag of parts given to me. I've never seen on like it. It is an open bait caster but it has no release button. What are these type of reels used for. I figure it isn't much cause it has "Japan" stamped on the bottom. I can post a pic if needed.

I'm needing to replace the impeller on my 64' (I think) 5.5 Evinrude. I can not seem to get the lower unit off to access the water pump. I have the 4 bolts out. But it seems to be still hooked to something. I remember my old 65hp Mercury just sliding right off but this one won't.
