1990 16ft Alumacraft

i bought the boat used. it has a rear deck and front deck. thin alum with wood underneath.
i made a add on deck from the front deck to the side console.

i want to route the steering cables and electrical wiring under the rear deck so its not on top getting damaged.
i have limited knowledge with rivets and i have not seen these solid ones before.
how do i drill them out and what do they call these rivets so i can buy more?

they are brazier rivets and you can get them at fastenal

thanks. i ended up getting some 1/4 x 1/4 closed end "pop" rivets. used 5200 sealant for extra measure.
